Yvette Hill Koncz

Yvette, a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience, is a native of the Carolinas and has spent most of her career in the greater Charlotte area. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics with a Marketing Concentration from High Point University, graduating Cum Laude, and an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Technology.

 

Yvette’s extensive career began at age 18 as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal, balancing full-time work with evening college courses. Her professional journey includes roles as a Commercial Real Estate Closing Coordinator at a major financial institution, Director of Marketing and Development Coordinator for a commercial real estate developer, Relocation Counselor for a Fortune 500 company, and Realtor and Real Estate Investor in both South and North Carolina.

 

Her experience spans across various locales, including Charlotte, Waxhaw, Indian Land, Fort Mill, and Columbia, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate markets in these regions. This expertise enables her to guide clients effectively in their real estate transactions and relocations.

 

Yvette is licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina and is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, South Carolina Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, Charlotte Regional Realtor Association, Canopy MLS, and Consolidated MLS.

 

 

 

Craig Beatty

Serving clients in the Columbia, Rock Hill and Fort Mill areas of South Carolina is Craig’s passion. His 30+ years of television media and corporate communications experience allowed him to develop extensive knowledge about the area.

 

As a former television news anchor and reporter, he learned the value of relationship building, trust, clear communication and accountability. For the last 18 years, Craig supported sales teams in other industries, delivering the best possible results for clients through attention to detail, commitment to client needs and dedication to creating an excellent client experience.


Craig is licensed in South Carolina and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the South Carolina Association of Realtors, Charlotte Regional Realtor’s Association, Consolidated MLS and Canopy MLS.


When he is not working, Craig enjoys spending time with his family and friends, exercising, boating, fishing, exploring the restaurant and music scenes in the Carolinas and traveling.

 

A native of the Pacific Northwest, Craig was a one-time batboy for Major League Baseball’s Seattle Mariners and loves conversations about sports, pop culture and music.
